Retrieve the BESS fleet and development pipeline

Returns static metadata for BESS projects across the GB market, covering both energised assets and the development pipeline. Use status to select the operational fleet or the pipeline. With no parameters, every project is returned. Full methodology is available here.

Filters the projects returned. fleet returns only projects with a status of Energised; pipeline returns every project that is not yet energised. Omit to return all projects.

Only applies when status=fleet. all (the default) returns every energised project regardless of Balancing Mechanism registration; has_bmu returns only energised projects where is_in_bm is true.
