Generates a network charging forecast for a specific site based on connection level, location, technology, and capacity.

Site configuration details.

Distribution connection specific fields: triad_load_factor, export_capacity, mpan, llfid

export_capacity is required for distribution connections; ignored (and not required) for transmission connections.

Either zone_id OR postcode must be provided

forecast_options
object

Forecast configuration options.

All fields are optional - if not provided, default values will be used.

Transmission connection specific options: scenario, run

Distribution connection specific options: granularity, forecast_years, metric, inflation_year
