Third Party Charges forecast, real p/kWh in 2026-27 prices. Every row is one component for one fuel, archetype, region and forecast year. Sensitivity parameters (cm_consumption, bics, cfd_scenario, riioed3, riioet3) each default to the published headline case, so a call with no sensitivity parameters returns the headline forecast. Supplying a sensitivity returns the FULL component stack under the chosen scenario: every component is returned once, reflecting the selected value on the axes that apply to it and its headline value on the axes that do not. Each sensitivity axis takes one value per call.
